This is a courtesy translation; in case of any discrepancy, the German version shall prevail. This policy applies to the website kings-of-x.com. Data processed within the “Kings of Football” app (e.g. game progress, advertising) is covered by the app's separate privacy policy.

2. General information on data processing
This website is a purely informational offering. It uses no cookies, no tracking, no analytics tools, no third-party web fonts and no social media plugins. No personal data is collected for profiling purposes.
3. Provision of the website & server log files
Each time the website is accessed, the hosting system automatically collects information that your browser transmits for technical reasons. This is stored temporarily in so-called server log files:
- IP address of the requesting device
- date and time of access
- name and URL of the file accessed
- amount of data transferred and notification of successful retrieval
- browser type and operating system used (user agent)
- where applicable, the previously visited page (referrer)
Purpose: technical delivery of the site, ensuring stability and security, and preventing
misuse.
Legal basis: Art. 6(1)(f) GDPR (legitimate interest in secure, trouble-free operation).
Storage period: log files are deleted after no later than 14 days, unless they are required to
investigate a specific security incident.
4. Hosting
The website is hosted on servers of Hetzner Online GmbH, Industriestr. 25, 91710 Gunzenhausen, Germany. The provider processes the data referred to in section 3 on our behalf on the basis of a data processing agreement (Art. 28 GDPR). Processing takes place within the European Union.
5. SSL/TLS encryption
For security reasons, this site uses TLS encryption. You can recognise an encrypted connection by the “https://” in your browser's address bar.
6. Contacting us by e-mail
If you contact us by e-mail, your details (e-mail address, content of the message) are stored and used
exclusively to process your request.
Legal basis: Art. 6(1)(b) GDPR (pre-contractual/contractual) or Art. 6(1)(f) GDPR
(responding to general enquiries). The data is deleted as soon as it is no longer required and no statutory
retention obligations apply.

You have the following rights regarding your personal data vis-à-vis the controller:
